Questions
Answers before the sales call.
Still unsure?
A 10–15 minute call is usually faster than a long email thread. No specification required.

Uploading a PDF proof does not confirm payment. An administrator reviews and verifies every transfer before an invoice is marked paid.
01How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. A focused Launch website is usually measured in weeks; a Business website with a dashboard or an Enterprise platform takes longer. The timeline is stated in the written proposal after discovery, together with client-side dependencies that can affect it.
02What do the starting prices include?
The published prices are starting points for the scope described on the pricing page. They are not unlimited packages. Final pricing depends on pages, functionality, integrations and content readiness, and is confirmed in a written proposal.
03Do you work with clients in Europe, the US and the Gulf?
Yes. SIDOX® is set up for remote delivery across those markets. Communication, review calls and deadlines are agreed in the client's timezone where practical, and the website content is written in English unless another language is explicitly scoped.
04Who owns the website, code and accounts?
You own your domain, hosting account, third-party accounts and the project code delivered under the agreement, subject to any third-party licences. Administrative access is handed over at launch or completion.
05How do payments work?
Payments are made according to the milestones in the written proposal. When a payment proof is uploaded, it is reviewed by an administrator; uploading a document does not confirm a payment by itself. Work begins or continues only after the payment is independently verified.
06What is the revision policy?
Each proposal defines a revision allowance and review rounds. Revisions are for refining agreed work within scope. New pages, features or a change of direction are treated as a scope change with its own estimate.
07Do you provide ongoing maintenance?
Yes, as a separately scoped service. Maintenance can include dependency and security updates, performance monitoring, bug fixes within scope and a defined response process. It is not included indefinitely in a project price.
08What technologies do you use?
The platform you are using is built with Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and Tailwind CSS. Other projects use the stack that best fits the requirement, and the proposal explains the important technical choices in plain language.
09Do you use AI in client projects?
Where it solves a real problem. We design AI-assisted workflows with defined inputs, outputs, human approval points and failure handling. We do not add AI to a project as decoration or claim capabilities that have not been tested.
10Can I see examples of your work?
Published case studies appear on the Work page only when a client has agreed to their publication. If the portfolio is empty, it means no project has been approved for public display yet — not that the work does not exist.

One more question worth asking.
Is this studio able to deliver what the business actually needs? That is what the first call is for.
